Upon delivery, please immediately inspect all food items for freshness, packaging integrity, and accuracy against your order confirmation.
Contact Support
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email our support team within 48 hours with your order number and clear photographs of the product in question.
Awaiting Authorization
Our quality control team will review your claim and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for non-perishable returns or approve a direct refund for spoiled goods.
Refund Processing
